The Urban Unit and Pakistan Railways signed an agreement to map encroachment and explore connectivity and economic viability of closed sections of Pakistan Railways in four provinces of the country. The agreement was signed by CEO, the Urban Unit Muhammad Omar Masud and Chief Eng S&C Nisar Ahmad Khan under the chairmanship of Honorable Minister for Railways & Aviation Khawaja Saad Rafique. The MOU signing ceremony was attended by GM Transport and Connectivity Dr. Syed Murtaza Asghar Bukhari, GM Economics Khurram Afzal Malik, and GM GIS Dr. Urooj Saeed of Urban Unit.
